How did Centric Shoppingfeed drive DELSEY PARIS’ evolution and what concrete results and added value did it bring to its activity on online marketplaces?

The iconic French luggage brand

Created in 1946, DELSEY PARIS is an iconic French company for the concept, design and manufacture of luggage, suitcases and accessories; with more than 230 patents filed. DELSEY PARIS is also an international brand, present in 120 countries and on five continents, with 6,000 points of sale, including 12 boutiques in France. Today, DELSEY PARIS owns subsidiaries in Europe, the United States and Asia.

New dimension with Centric Shoppingfeed

“When I joined DELSEY PARIS two years ago, the company was already using Centric Shoppingfeed,” says Serra, before describing the company’s technological landscape. “Centric Shoppingfeed is powered by the Shopify solution, where all product information (visuals, descriptions…) from our PIM (Product Information Management) and pricing information (prices, stock levels) stored in our ERP, converge.” For example, DELSEY PARIS uses Centric Shoppingfeed for French Days, a national promotional campaign organized every year in September and May, modeled after Black Friday. “For this campaign, I send the rules, prices and fields I select directly to Centric Shoppingfeed and easily manipulate them using the solution.” DELSEY PARIS connects to about ten online marketplaces: Amazon, Cdiscount, FNAC, Darty, Galeries Lafayette, Printemps, Place des tendances, Rakuten, TikTok Shop, Showroomprivé and Veepee. For now, only France and Spain—with El Corte Inglés and Miravia—are supported by Centric Shoppingfeed. DELSEY PARIS aims to expand internationally in phase II. Additional data sources have already been created to quickly adjust feeds to the different languages provided by Centric Shoppingfeed at the time of launch in different geographical areas.

I only manage one feed now. I enter my prices in a single tool, in this case Shopify. I no longer have to fill out a template for each marketplace: in the end, I save valuable time,” explains Serra. “Without Centric Shoppingfeed, we could not operate as many marketplaces with such efficiency; we would need a much larger team.”

“Our product is unique. In a physical store, a salesperson would present the suitcase from every angle, opening it to highlight its closure system, capacity and compartments. Online, apart from price, options to make the product appealing are limited. The product sheet must therefore be flawless, offering high-quality and attractive visuals and finally, an ultra-competitive delivery time,” Serra explains. “Tomorrow’s challenge lies in personalizing the buying experience, for example by adding a gift or a bonus, rewarding customer loyalty based on their profile and specific buying habits.”

Centric Shoppingfeed allows DELSEY PARIS to have “a clear understanding of the activity” and to “easily identify products whose description contains errors.” Through key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards, it enables tracking of all transactions on different online marketplaces: order acceptances, shipping times, delivery, customer service, product sheet quality, business volume, return rates. Since the deployment of Centric Shoppingfeed, DELSEY PARIS went from three to about 10 online marketplaces and records a strong increase in its commercial activity. “Between 2023 and 2024, we generated over 70% growth on our global online marketplaces,” details Serra. “Between 2024 and 2025, we opened nearly seven new online marketplaces and doubled our results.” Finally, on Amazon, a marketplace known for complex management, DELSEY PARIS achieved record 5x growth in 2025. 2026 looks to be just as ambitious and strategic for other online marketplaces! DELSEY PARIS has all the assets for its next development stage, namely opening new countries. Says Serra, “Our next challenge lies in international expansion. Centric Shoppingfeed will enable the company to accelerate growth across emerging marketplace channels.”
