New dimension with Centric Shoppingfeed
“When I joined DELSEY PARIS two years ago, the company was already using Centric Shoppingfeed,” says Serra, before describing the company’s technological landscape. “Centric Shoppingfeed is powered by the Shopify solution, where all product information (visuals, descriptions…) from our PIM (Product Information Management) and pricing information (prices, stock levels) stored in our ERP, converge.” For example, DELSEY PARIS uses Centric Shoppingfeed for French Days, a national promotional campaign organized every year in September and May, modeled after Black Friday. “For this campaign, I send the rules, prices and fields I select directly to Centric Shoppingfeed and easily manipulate them using the solution.” DELSEY PARIS connects to about ten online marketplaces: Amazon, Cdiscount, FNAC, Darty, Galeries Lafayette, Printemps, Place des tendances, Rakuten, TikTok Shop, Showroomprivé and Veepee. For now, only France and Spain—with El Corte Inglés and Miravia—are supported by Centric Shoppingfeed. DELSEY PARIS aims to expand internationally in phase II. Additional data sources have already been created to quickly adjust feeds to the different languages provided by Centric Shoppingfeed at the time of launch in different geographical areas.
