Understanding Centric Shoppingfeed and preparing your project

Can Centric Shoppingfeed simplify my multichannel sales?

Yes. Prepare and distribute your catalog across multiple marketplaces and marketing channels from a single platform. Centric Shoppingfeed adapts your data and centralizes inventory and orders, depending on the integrations you use. Our teams help you set up this workflow to make your day-to-day easier.

Is Centric Shoppingfeed a marketplace where I can sell directly?

No. Centric Shoppingfeed connects your catalog to sales channels; purchases are made on your marketplaces or your online store. You keep your own seller accounts and their commercial terms.

Can I get a launch with a small catalog assessed?

Yes. Tell us about your products, your business status and the channels you are targeting: our team works with you on a launch plan suited to your ambitions and budget. Together, we clarify the prerequisites and any minimums; each marketplace has the final say on your admission.

Do I need to have an e-commerce website already?

No, not necessarily. A management system or a product feed can serve as your data source. Our teams work with you on a setup without an online store and on the data exchanges needed to keep your inventory and orders reliable.

Does Centric Shoppingfeed replace my website, ERP or PIM?

No. Centric Shoppingfeed complements your existing tools by distributing your data to sales channels. We help you define the role of each tool for content, prices, inventory, orders and invoices, working with your technical contacts.

Do I need a PIM to sell on marketplaces with Centric Shoppingfeed?

No. Your online store or a suitable product feed can feed Centric Shoppingfeed without an external PIM. Our teams help you prepare the data and attributes your marketplaces require. If you already use a PIM, we look at how to integrate it into your organization.

Should I check whether used, refurbished or regulated products are eligible?

Yes. Rules vary by product, country and marketplace. Our teams help you identify the data and supporting documents required before publishing: a technical connection does not mean you are authorized to sell.

Does a B2B, services or digital products project require a specific assessment?

Yes. Customer-specific pricing, quotes, subscriptions and digital delivery require a dedicated scoping phase. Share your sales process with us: our teams assess its feasibility and the integrations needed, taking your channels and tools into account.

Choosing your marketplaces and opening your accounts

Can I sell on the major marketplaces with Centric Shoppingfeed?

Yes. Our network includes Amazon, Cdiscount, Fnac/Darty, eBay and Rakuten, among others. Our teams guide you in choosing your destinations and check with you the countries and operations covered: catalog, prices, inventory, orders and shipments.

Can I start with a single marketplace and add more later?

Yes, depending on the plan you choose. We help you get your first launch right, then prepare your expansion. Your account contact sets out in the quote the terms for adding marketplaces, countries and accounts.

Is opening my seller accounts separate from connecting them?

Yes. The marketplace decides on your admission; Centric Shoppingfeed handles the technical connection. From the outset, our team helps you distinguish between the steps to take with the channel and the connection steps, with support tailored to your project.

Can Centric Shoppingfeed guarantee acceptance or reactivate a rejected account?

No. Acceptance, suspension and reactivation are up to the marketplace. Our support team helps you understand technical feedback and possible fixes. For any account rejection or block, you still need to follow the channel’s own procedure.

Should I check my eligibility before selling internationally?

Yes. Our teams review with you your country of establishment, target markets, languages, currencies and logistics needs. An available integration is not enough to guarantee your admission: check each market’s seller requirements and obligations.

Does my multi-account, multi-brand or multi-store project need to be validated?

Yes. We build with you the setup that fits your accounts, websites, brands, countries and inventory. Your account contact clarifies technical limits, access rights and billing, as well as any multi-account permissions to check with the channels.

Is a marketplace running on Mirakl automatically compatible?

No. Each Mirakl marketplace has its own attributes and processes. Tell us its name, its country and the operations you need: our teams check the exact integration with you before you commit.

Channel-specific requirements

Should the entire Shopify–Fnac/Darty workflow be validated before a migration?

Yes. Our migration team supports you across the entire workflow: catalog, prices, inventory, orders and shipment tracking. Based on your current setup, we prepare with you the tests for transferring your offers to secure your transition.

Should I distinguish between Amazon Seller, Vendor, FBA and FBM?

Yes. Each program and fulfillment method involves different data exchanges. Our teams help you define your setup and check the use cases covered: creating or matching listings, orders and inventory.

Can I create an Amazon listing for a product that isn’t in its catalog yet?

Yes. Centric Shoppingfeed lets you send the data needed to create a new Amazon listing. Our teams support you with the category, attributes, variants and required identifiers, or the applicable exemption. Amazon approves the creation according to its rules and your permissions.

Do I need to adapt my catalog to Decathlon’s requirements?

Yes. Sport, category, brand, sizes, colors, condition and images must match the expected attributes. We guide you through preparing your catalog and testing a few SKUs and one order, to check the amounts and the data you need for your operations.

Can I specify compatible vehicles for my auto parts on eBay?

Yes. Centric Shoppingfeed lets you send the Ktype attribute, which identifies the vehicles compatible with your auto parts on eBay. Our teams help you map this data to the right field and check your listings. You give buyers a more accurate offer.

Does the Zalando integration need to be validated for my exact program?

Yes. Connected Retail and the other partner programs must be reviewed separately. Our teams look at your country and your logistics setup with you to confirm the integration before you plan your launch or migration.

Does my leboncoin offer need to be checked before publishing listings?

Yes. Our teams review with you your professional offer, categories, locations and the actions you need: creating, editing, removing or renewing listings. Publishing listings and retrieving orders must be validated separately.

Are TikTok Shop, TikTok Ads and Meta catalogs the same integration?

No. An in-app shop and an advertising catalog meet different needs. We help you choose the right setup for your country and your account: advertising compatibility does not confirm compatibility with TikTok Shop or with Facebook Marketplace for individuals.

Does the TikTok Shop integration automatically include video creation and influencer management?

No. Centric Shoppingfeed supports you in preparing your product feeds and connecting them to TikTok Shop. Video creation, creator partnerships and promotional activities require a separate marketing organization. Our teams help you define the technical scope so you can move forward with confidence with your team or agency.

Discover TikTok Shop

Can I submit a specialized marketplace for review?

Yes. Send us its name, its country, your contact there and its technical documentation. For bol, Kaufland, Galaxus, Veepee, Showroomprivé, Vinted, Selency, AbeBooks or Naturabuy, our teams review with you availability, the seller program and any work required.

Connecting your store, ERP and data

Does Centric Shoppingfeed offer integrations with the main e-commerce platforms?

Yes. Modules are available for Shopify, PrestaShop, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and VTEX. Our teams help you validate the integration based on your version, extensions and customizations, working with your agency or developers.

Are all versions of PrestaShop, Magento or WooCommerce automatically compatible?

No. Compatibility depends on your versions and on any modules that modify products, inventory or orders. Our team helps you check the connector’s prerequisites and define the key data exchanges to test after each change to your website.

Should I have my ERP integration assessed, for example Odoo, Sage, EBP or SAP?

Yes. The vendor, version, hosting and data to exchange determine the solution: partner module, API or custom development. Our teams point you to the right approach and clarify maintenance, support and costs. For Odoo, the integration involves a partner.

Does a custom-built, headless, Wix, Shopware or Sylius website require technical validation?

Yes. Share your documentation and a data sample: our teams work with your technical contacts to review catalog, prices, inventory and orders. Together, you identify the possible automations, their feasibility and their cost.

Can I connect my PIM while keeping inventory and orders in my ERP?

Yes, provided your combination of tools is validated. Centric Shoppingfeed offers PIM integrations. We help you split content, inventory and orders between your tools, then define shared identifiers and update priorities.

Should my CSV, XML, Excel or custom feed be validated before connecting it?

Yes. Provide a sample with products, variants and images: our teams help you validate the format, delivery method, authentication, size and frequency for your integration. Not all files and transfer methods are interchangeable.

Does merging multiple sources or suppliers require specific rules?

Yes. We help you define a common key, data priorities, the inventory to use and how duplicates are handled. Representative tests then let you validate consolidation options and volume limits.

Does Centric Shoppingfeed have an API?

Yes. Developer documentation covers order, inventory and price exchanges, among others. Our team helps your developers understand the data exchanges to plan for, permissions, quotas and notifications so you can scope your integration.

Should I confirm access to a test environment before starting development?

Yes. Demo accounts, sandbox and API keys must be validated upfront. Our team helps you prepare a small catalog and useful scenarios, then specify the accounts, test data and actions allowed during testing.

Should an integration with HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo or my customer service tool be assessed?

Yes. Our teams review with you the data and where it needs to go, to distinguish a direct integration from a transfer through another tool. Available fields also depend on the channel; a masked email address does not automatically become accessible.

Preparing, enriching and publishing your catalog

Do I have to send my entire catalog to every channel?

No. Selection features and product rules let you build an assortment for each channel. Our teams help you choose your criteria: brand, category, supplier, price, availability or profitability. How filtering affects billing still needs to be confirmed.

Are my new products and changes automatically sent to marketplaces?

Yes, depending on each channel’s settings. Eligible new products are picked up when the source feed is refreshed; automatic publishing is configured for each marketplace. Our teams help you choose which products are published and which fields are updated, based on your rights over existing listings.

Can I adapt titles, descriptions and attributes without changing my website?

Yes. Transformation rules let you adapt titles and descriptions for each channel without changing your website. Our teams help you differentiate your content rather than systematically copying the same text. You keep a consistent source; this customization does not guarantee a ranking in search engines.

Does Centric Shoppingfeed help manage categories, sizes, colors and variations?

Yes. The platform includes attribute and variant management features. Our teams help you prepare the mappings and test them on your simple and complex products, to validate categories, groupings and required fields.

Is an internal SKU always enough to sell on a marketplace?

No. Depending on the product and the channel, an EAN, ISBN or ASIN may be required. Our teams help you identify the channel’s requirements and any exemptions to request before preparing your catalog.

Can artificial intelligence help me improve my product listings?

Yes. Ailice helps categorize, enrich and correct your product data to reduce repetitive work. Our teams guide you through getting started and checking the results. Available features depend on your plan; some are still in beta.

Should image options be checked for each channel?

Yes. Number, order, background and variants depend on the destination. Our teams help you check the options for selecting, transforming and adding graphic elements, then test the accessibility and rendering of your visuals, channel by channel.

Is fixing the feed enough to guarantee a product is accepted?

No. Our support team helps you understand the error, identify the data fixes and check the channel’s response after a new submission. You have a contact to help with the diagnosis; the marketplace has the final say on acceptance.

Does connecting to Amazon or Rakuten automatically let me recreate my catalog on my website?

No. Importing data the other way is a separate project. Our teams help you assess the data that can be retrieved, content rights, variants and images, in particular to distinguish between downloading to the media library and simply linking to an image.

Do customizable products, multipacks and bundles require specific validation?

Yes. Our teams review with you components, identifiers, options, inventory rules and information entered by the buyer. Catalog compatibility does not guarantee that personalization data will automatically carry over into orders.

Can I send a feed to a specific reseller or partner?

Yes. Centric Shoppingfeed offers custom feeds for partners. We help you define the assortment, fields and transformations, then validate the format, delivery method and update frequency with your partner.

Managing prices and inventory

Can I set different prices by marketplace or country?

Yes. You can adapt your prices for each channel with markup, promotion and margin rules, or use separate price fields in your source feed. Our teams help you map each field to the right channel and check fees, currencies and published amounts.

Do prices excluding and including tax and VAT rates need to be configured separately?

Yes. Our teams support you with the technical setup and with testing the amounts: products, discounts, shipping and order total. Your tax advisor validates the applicable rules; a single rate does not suit every product.

Can I adjust my prices based on my competitors?

Yes, depending on the channel and the data available. Centric Shoppingfeed offers price monitoring and repricing; Benchmark Pricing is available on quote. We help you set your price and margin limits, then choose the right options and adjustment frequency.

Can I keep Shopify, my ERP or my POS system as the reference for my inventory?

Yes, depending on your setup. Centric Shoppingfeed relies on the connected inventory source to feed your channels. Our teams review with you the flow between POS, online store, ERP and marketplaces, including how sales are deducted, to keep a consistent reference and avoid conflicting updates.

Are inventory, prices, content and orders all synced at the same frequency?

No. Refreshing the source feed, sending inventory, prices and content, and importing orders follow separate cycles. By default, the source feed is refreshed every 6 hours, and up to every 15 minutes depending on your plan; some API integrations speed up inventory updates. Our teams specify the timings and settings for your setup.

Can I reduce the risk of selling a product that is already out of stock?

Yes. A buffer stock and well-configured syncing help limit overselling. Our teams help you set timings and test simultaneous orders or inventory dropping to zero, especially for one-of-a-kind items. The risk never disappears completely.

Does a project with multiple warehouses, stores or outsourced inventory need to be scoped?

Yes. Our teams help you distinguish between shared, reserved and separate inventory, then validate stock movements and order allocation. We scope the data exchanges with your logistics contacts, especially for marketplace fulfillment or a 3PL.

Does setting inventory to zero always remove an offer?

No. Zero inventory, deactivation, deletion and exclusion from the feed have different effects depending on the channel. Our support team helps you choose the right action and check the removal and relisting to limit duplicates.

Centralizing orders, shipping and returns

Can I retrieve marketplace orders in my online store or ERP?

Yes, depending on your connector and destination system. Centralizing orders makes them easier to process. Before launch, our teams guide you through testing a representative order: SKUs, quantities, discounts, taxes, shipping costs and statuses.

Can I identify the source marketplace of each order in my ERP or at my logistics provider?

Yes, provided your integration passes on this information. Our teams help you map the source channel and the marketplace order reference to the fields in your ERP or logistics tool. A test order lets you check that they are present and usable before launch.

Does sending tracking information and shipping statuses need to be validated for each integration?

Yes. Our teams help you check the tracking source, the carrier code and what triggers the shipment update. Together, we scope the tests, including multiple parcels, to check the information received by the marketplace.

Can I set different shipping costs, delivery times and zones by product and channel?

Yes, depending on what each marketplace allows. Our teams support you in setting up rate tables, carriers and delivery times, as well as the zones you serve or exclude. Some rules are defined in your seller account, then assigned to products from Centric Shoppingfeed.

Does connecting my logistics provider, WMS or shipping tool require an assessment?

Yes. We review with you the expected data exchanges: orders, inventory, shipments and returns. With Shippingbo, Octopia or another provider, interfaces, responsibilities and label printing must be confirmed.

Can Amazon fulfill my Shopify orders?

Yes, with a dedicated service such as Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF), subject to your eligibility. Connecting to Amazon to sell on its marketplace is not enough to activate this service. Our teams help you scope the data exchanges needed with Shopify and your logistics solution.

Should automatic routing between suppliers or warehouses be tested?

Yes. Our teams help you define the criteria for inventory, country, weight or supplier, and their priorities. Routing availability must be confirmed and its rules tested on mixed baskets, stockouts and partial shipments.

Is a catalog integration enough to validate a dropshipping or print-on-demand project?

No. You also need to check supplier availability, lead times, orders, statuses and returns, as well as whether the channels accept this model. Centric Shoppingfeed does not replace your supplier and does not guarantee its lead times.

Does importing orders guarantee that returns and refunds are synced?

No. Cancellations, refunds and returns must be validated separately for each integration. Our team helps you specify where each action starts and test partial cases, to check the result in your tools.

Does sending orders necessarily automate my invoices and credit notes?

No. Generating, uploading and exporting invoices are separate features to confirm. Specify the issuing and receiving software, then check numbering, taxes and credit notes: a purchase order or a PDF is not automatically a compliant invoice.

Does transferring data to Sage, EBP or my accounting system require specific scoping?

Yes. Our teams work with your technical and accounting contacts to scope the data, formats and exchanges needed. Together, you validate the connector or export, how fees, taxes, discounts and refunds are handled, and the reconciliation of orders, payments and commissions.

Do I automatically get access to all customer contact details and email addresses?

No. Each channel determines which data is accessible. Check the fields you need for delivery and customer service; masked addresses and marketing use require a separate review.

Managing customer service and measuring results

Can I centralize the messages I receive on marketplaces?

Yes. Dialog Hub brings your marketplace conversations together to make them easier to organize and follow up. Our teams help you check the channels, attachments, order data and history available, as well as the actions that remain in the channel’s interface.

Can I use Dialog Hub without changing my feed management solution?

Yes. Dialog Hub can be used on its own. Our team helps you validate the channels, access, prerequisites and commercial terms so you can centralize your messaging while keeping your current feed setup.

Should I confirm the translation, automation and helpdesk integration features?

Yes. Our teams review your use cases: templates, translation, assignment, notifications or forwarding. We clarify with you availability, languages and permissions; keep appropriate oversight of sensitive replies and exceptions.

Is revenue enough to measure my profitability by channel or product?

No. Add product costs, commissions, acquisition, shipping and refunds. Our team shows you the reports and exports suited to your needs: the available metrics and importable data must be confirmed.

Are stockout forecasting and automatic replenishment included in my plan?

Not without validation. Inventory forecasting is currently in beta. Distinguish between alerts, recommendations and automatic supplier orders, then check availability, required history, supplier lead times and inventory rules.

Promoting your products on marketing channels

Can I use Centric Shoppingfeed only for my advertising feeds?

Yes, depending on the plan you choose. Centric Shoppingfeed prepares and distributes catalogs to marketing channels. Our teams help you scope the destinations, volumes and support suited to your advertising project.

Does an advertising feed automatically include managing my campaigns?

No. The feed supplies the platform with product data. Targeting, bidding, creatives and budget are part of campaign management; we clarify with you which services are included and the role of your team or agency.

Can Centric Shoppingfeed fix disapprovals in Google Merchant Center?

Yes, for disapprovals caused by feed data that can be corrected. Our support team helps you with the diagnosis and the fixes: price, image or missing information. Website or account issues require separate handling; Google decides whether to lift the disapproval or suspension.

Should I prepare a consistent feed for each language, currency and market?

Yes. Products, prices, currencies and URLs must match what shoppers see on your website. With Shopify Markets or your e-commerce platform, our teams help you validate how localized data is imported and how your feeds are organized.

Can I feed comparison shopping engines, affiliate networks or an on-site search engine?

Yes, through the channels we cover or a suitable custom feed. Our teams help you validate the recipient, format and frequency. Idealo, Kelkoo, affiliate networks or Doofinder must be checked individually: a custom feed does not mean a native integration.

Does promoting my in-store inventory require a specific setup?

Yes. Our teams help you link products, stores, inventory and locations, then validate the local experience you are targeting, including Google LIA, as well as data quality and frequency.

Can I measure the impact of feed optimizations on my campaigns?

Yes. Compare a starting point and a relevant group of products by tracking your KPIs. Take budget, bids, seasonality and inventory into account; this method does not rely on a native A/B testing feature.

AI that powers your growth

Less time preparing your feeds, more time growing your sales. With Ailice and integrations with AI assistants, Centric Shoppingfeed opens up new ways to make the most of your catalog and simplify your team’s day-to-day work.

Can Ailice simplify my day-to-day e-commerce operations?

Yes. Centric Shoppingfeed’s AI helps categorize your products, enrich your data and resolve feed errors. Our teams help you identify the use cases that matter for your business and get started with these features: fewer repetitive tasks, more time to grow your sales.

Can AI help me save time when launching a new channel?

Yes. Ailice’s automatic categorization is designed to reduce manual product classification. We help you assess the time saved on your catalog: preparation time, fixes needed and time to go live.

Can AI help me unblock rejected products?

Yes. Ailice helps identify data gaps and suggests fixes to remove some obstacles to publishing. Our support team helps you understand the feedback and assess the fixes. Acceptance remains up to the channel; rejections related to the seller account or the product require separate handling.

Can AI improve the data for my Google, Instagram or TikTok campaigns?

Yes. Ailice can enrich the data sent to advertising channels. Our teams guide you in comparing your listings before and after and checking their accuracy. Better data supports your campaigns; their profitability still needs to be managed.

Does my team stay in control?

Yes. You stay in control with our “Quality Check” interface, a rare approach in our industry. Our teams help you get started with it so you can check the quality of your product information and benefit from automation while keeping human oversight.

Does Ailice rely on the public information in my catalog?

Yes. Ailice is trained on public catalog information. Our teams help you clarify the data processed, how long it is kept and which service providers are involved. For an external assistant, review its terms and the permissions you grant it separately.

Can I query my Centric Shoppingfeed data from ChatGPT or Claude?

Yes, subject to activation and the access available on your account. Centric Shoppingfeed offers an MCP integration to query authorized data in plain language: order diagnostics, shipment tracking or channel comparisons. Our team helps you check the access and actions available for your use.

Can Centric Shoppingfeed prepare my products to be discovered by AI?

Yes. Centric Shoppingfeed provides structured feeds for answer engines, including ChatGPT: an approach known as GEO. Our teams help you prepare your catalog and check its eligibility and distribution. This does not guarantee recommendation or ranking.

Are all AI features available and included in my plan?

Not always. Your account contact clarifies with you the features, channels, volumes and pricing in your proposal. Marketplace SEO optimization and inventory forecasting are currently in beta: ask for a demo of the features your team can actually use.

Can I assess the concrete benefits of AI on my catalog?

Yes. Request a demo with a few products and a real challenge: categories, incomplete data or recurring errors. Our team guides you to the result and helps you measure processing time, manual fixes and acceptance by the channel.

Discover what AI can change in your day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Migrating and launching your project

Can I prepare a migration from Lengow, Channable, BeezUP or another provider?

Yes. Our dedicated migration team reviews with you your channels, accounts, data, rules and logistics interfaces, then maps them to the Centric Shoppingfeed scope. Together, we prepare the tests and the switchover, with the scope of support and fees clarified from the start.

Can I connect my existing Amazon and eBay listings without recreating them?

Yes, when your products and identifiers allow them to be matched. Our teams help you check SKUs, Amazon ASINs or eBay listing IDs and variants. We prepare this transfer before any new submissions to limit duplicates and keep compatible listings.

Does the migration guarantee that all my listings, identifiers and history are kept?

No. Our migration team helps you distinguish between data held by the marketplace and data held by your previous tool. We help you check SKU matches, existing offers, reviews, history and the settings that can actually be retrieved.

Can I limit duplicates and downtime during the migration?

Yes. Our migration team guides you through testing offers, orders and inventory and through splitting updates between tools. Checks and a prepared rollback plan reduce the risks, without guaranteeing an incident-free switchover.

Can I change e-commerce platforms at the same time as my feed management solution?

Yes. Our teams coordinate the feed side and its tests with your contacts: new website, product identifiers, modules and orders. The contract must distinguish the platform migration from the migration of your channel integrations.

Can I migrate quickly from a competitor to Centric Shoppingfeed?

Yes. Migrations to Centric Shoppingfeed take 48 hours on average. Our team dedicated to migrations from competing solutions supports you through this transition. It is core expertise for us: 80% of our customers come from competitors.

Can I launch a new marketplace with help from your teams and a set timeline?

Yes. We build the launch steps with you: seller prerequisites, catalog preparation, setup and testing. The timeline depends on data quality and the channel’s approvals. The 48-hour average for migrations is not a guaranteed timeframe for opening a new marketplace.

Should I prepare information before a demo or a quote?

Yes. Specify your catalog source, products and variants, channels, countries, orders, tools, priorities and deadline. Our team uses a few SKUs and a sample feed to offer you a concrete discussion focused on your needs. Share sensitive access only through the agreed secure channel.

Can I get support for my launch and beyond?

Yes. From the very first conversations and throughout your day-to-day use, our teams provide technical and strategic support. Setup, onboarding, error resolution and channel expansion: you always know who to turn to. Together, we specify the services and service commitments included in your plan.

Can I get started without a developer and get support with onboarding?

Yes, for standard setups covered by our connectors. Our teams guide you through setup and onboarding, according to the support included in your plan. For a customized ERP or a specific need, we identify from the outset where your agency or developers need to step in.

Understanding pricing and contracts

Do I need a tailored quote to know the cost of my project?

Yes. Your account contact builds a proposal with you that details the subscription, setup, options and support. Ask for a breakdown of the subscription and of how products, channels, countries and seller accounts are counted. If a displayed price differs from the amount requested at activation, our team explains the plan and the options involved before you confirm.

Should I check whether imported or published products count toward the price?

Yes. Our team explains how products, variants, SKUs or offers are counted. If you only publish part of your catalog, we clarify the calculation with a worked example: filtering alone does not tell you the billing rule.

Should I check commissions and any per-order fees?

Yes. Your account contact helps you distinguish fixed costs, variable costs, thresholds and how cancellations or refunds are handled. Separate Centric Shoppingfeed fees from those of marketplaces and service providers; never assume there is no commission.

Should I distinguish the Centric Shoppingfeed subscription, marketplace fees and advertising budget?

Yes. We help you distinguish software, accounts and commissions, advertising, logistics and agency costs. The quote should specify what is included and who bills each item, so you can compare budgets on a like-for-like basis.

Does a demo mean a free trial or a no-commitment offer?

No. Our team explains the evaluation terms as well as the duration, any monthly payment, renewal and cancellation. The applicable terms are set out in your proposal and your contract.

Can I request an initial discussion by email to estimate my project?

Yes. Send a detailed description and let us know you prefer to communicate in writing. Our team goes over the key points for the estimate with you and explains the next steps toward a quote. Do not include any password or API key.

Should I compare Centric Shoppingfeed and my current tool on a like-for-like basis?

Yes. Our teams help you compare channels, countries, volumes, operations, support, migration and options. Test the use cases that matter most and include the management time left to your team: the total cost matters as much as the subscription.

Agencies, support and security

Can my agency manage multiple clients with Centric Shoppingfeed?

Yes. The agency program offers multi-account management, training and dedicated support. Our team helps you organize access for your staff and clients, clarify responsibilities and specify billing and support.

Does an agency partnership automatically include referrals, reselling or white labeling?

No. These models have separate terms. Our partnerships team reviews with you your business, compensation, responsibilities and use of the brand; the agency program alone does not guarantee every option.

Can a marketplace or software vendor propose an integration project?

Yes. Tell us about your service, your countries, the merchants involved and your interfaces. Our partnerships team reviews with you the data, constraints, feasibility, maintenance and partnership before announcing availability.

Does Centric Shoppingfeed offer security features for businesses?

Yes. Centric Shoppingfeed offers SSO, and its servers are hosted by AWS in Paris. Our teams point you to the documents you need for your assessment and discuss access rights, data and the guarantees included in your plan with your contacts.

Can I get help if I’m already a customer?

Yes. Our experts support you through a ticketing system available 24/7, with requests handled within a maximum of 6 business hours. This timeframe does not guarantee that every incident is resolved. Your account contact specifies the terms of your plan; our help center complements this support.

Should I check a suspicious offer or message with Centric Shoppingfeed?

Yes. Contact us through the details on our official website, not those in the suspicious message. Do not share any password, API key or payment for a so-called assignment before verifying where it comes from.
